Very disappointed with the breakfast! I wish there were more options. Only served us rubbery dried fish which means it’s not cooked through and eggs! That’s it!

Very disappointed with the breakfast! I wish there were more options. They literally only had dried fish and eggs! The dried fish was not even properly cooked!

Room and bathroom not properly clean, 50% of the staffs not properly oriented if how to deal the clients. Look likes not influence people, the friendship is not open yet.

Kettle for coffee had wrong power plug on it. It had a australian plug which you can not use. Breakfast was bad over cooked hard boiled eggs that were purple and dry gritty. Rice dry.very small breakfast⁸

Updated furnitures and fixtures. Exceptionally clean room. Cozy and sleek design of the room would make any guests wanting to spend hours in the comforts of the room. Free shuttle service van going to and from the airport. The hotel is also near the airport.

1. No mirror installed in the bedroom area. Women guests in particular need mirror for grooming. One has to wait for his/her turn when someone is in the bathroom to use a mirror. I highly suggest to install a mirror in the bedroom area. 2. No Menu for room service was placed in the hotel room when we needed to look something to eat and drink. We had to call the reception staff to ask for this. It is the usual protocol for any hotel room to have a menu placed in the table.

The customer service at this hotel was excellent. All the staff were friendly and courteous including the van driver. The front desk people were very helpful, too.

Sophisticated place with humble staff. The hotel has karaoke for family friendly bonding and with the price being consumable is thoughtfully considerate. The rooms are clean and the beds are pleasantly comfortable. Love the rain shower! The hotel just needs to check the shower head upon check out to make sure it's working properly for the next people booking in. With the exception of their breakfast, food is well-prepared and well-seasoned most of the time but with unbelievably reasonable price. Regarding wifi, exceeding expectations! Leisure travelers coming in with work need not to fret as the hotel's wifi is unexpectedly fast. Everytime me and my partner's in Iloilo, most of the whole duration we're in the city is being spent stuck in the hotel room finishing up with work and the hotel's wifi is always and exceptionally dependable. We tried to book and stayed at a different hotel and some inns but we always find ourselves running back to Gateway Iloilo even in the middle of the night. After a long day or night of traveling out in the city, coming "home" to Iloilo Gateway Hotel and Suites is always such a sigh of relief. My partner and I are very grateful for Iloilo Gateway's hospitality and warmest welcome, no matter what time we arrive. Not once have I and my partner felt discriminated. Also, props to the ever hardworking room service, food attendant, frontdesk, and cleaning staff! I'm always introvertly awkward in gatherings and in public places but they always seem to have big smiles for me. I appreciate that. We stayed in this hotel twice. For 2 weeks last May (?) and then about 4 days just this July for a wedding. Thank you! See you again next year!

Choices for the breakfast could be better.

The room was very clean. The bed linens smelled clean and bed is very comfy. The property is close to the airport. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room attendants were polite, honest people and accomodating. I would stay here again in future Iloilo trips.

Although the dining room on the first floor looked clean, a few flies were always present each breakfast morning and became nuisances while we ate. Otherwise, food and dining staff were awesome!

Really clean for Asia though it’s fairly new. Outstanding value for money and helpful friendly staff

Hot water wasn’t hot enough for the shower and breakfast very average for westerners

The room is very clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on.

A bit far from city proper yet closer to the airport.
